His professional journey also included work in real estate investment and administrative roles in the gold and bullion sector, experiences that helped shape his business vision and operational discipline.Founded after thorough market study that began in 2022, DO7A is not merely a dessert brand, but a reflection of a clear philosophy centered on real taste and non-negotiable quality.

The brand’s identity is deeply connected to the Egyptian home, where food is prepared with care, precision, and passion.A key pillar of DO7A’s success is Ahmed’s mother, who plays a central and hands-on role in the brand.

She is fully responsible for preparing and producing all desserts, relying on long-standing expertise and high professional standards in pastry making.

Her commitment to premium ingredients, accurate measurements, and meticulous execution gives DO7A its distinctive character, combining the warmth of homemade desserts with the consistency of a professional brand.DO7A officially launched with a soft opening in December 2025, followed by full online operations in January 2026.
