institution,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">From Sports to Strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">After years in education, Dina returned to her passion for sports and went on to study sports management under Dr. Zouhair Ammar, blending experience with academic depth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">Her studies shaped her belief that effective leadership combines science, structure, and vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">A Defining Step: The National Academy for Women<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">Her turning point came with joining the National Academy for Women \u2013 \u201cWomen Lead\u201d, a presidential initiative that trains future female leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cIt was a true gift from the President,\u201d she recalls. \u201cWe were taught to plan, think gaining practical leadership experience and reaffirming her belief in the state\u2019s support for women\u2019s empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">Academic Excellence and National VisionDina later earned a Master\u2019s degree on the role of think tanks in strategic planning \u2014 one of the few studies of its kind in Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\"> \u201cFew understood how think tanks influence decision-making globally. My research opened new doors and inspired my next steps.\u201dShe is currently pursuing a PhD at Nasser Military Academy, focusing on national and cyber security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cCybersecurity is today\u2019s defense weapon.
