Nada El-Sayed El-Hadidi Earns a Master’s Degree from the Military Academy for Advanced and Strategic Studies

In a remarkable academic achievement that reflects the ambition and excellence of Egyptian women, Nada El-Sayed Dawoud El-Hadidi, President of the Child Council at Al Ahly Club, has earned her Master’s degree in Political Studies from the Military Academy for Advanced and Strategic Studies, in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University.
Her distinguished thesis was entitled:“The Impact of Strategic Human Resource Management on Achieving Sustainable Development in Egypt.”
The thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Rabab El-Sherif, Dean of the Faculty of Nanotechnology at Cairo University.
The discussion and evaluation committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Ahlam El-Saadaoui Farhoud, Professor and former Head of the Political Science Department, Faculty of Business Administration, Helwan University (Chair).
Major General Dr. Mohamed Wahdan, Advisor to the Military Academy for Advanced and Strategic Studies (Member).
Colonel Dr. Mohamed Fekry, Professor of Human Resources at the Military College of Management and Administration (Member).
The defense session was held at the Military Academy for Advanced and Strategic Studies, in an atmosphere filled with pride and admiration.
The event was attended by members of Al Ahly Club’s Board of Directors, along with the researcher’s family and friends, who celebrated her outstanding academic accomplishment.
At the conclusion of the session, Nada El-Sayed El-Hadidi expressed her profound happiness with this achievement, emphasizing that it represents the culmination of her family’s support and her firm belief that science and social work are two integral parts of one mission — to serve society and empower future generations.
She added:“I dedicate this success to everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout my journey. I promise to continue working toward building a generation capable of achieving development and driving positive change.”
