Dr. Ragaa Ismail has marked a new milestone in her professional and entrepreneurial career with her official graduation from the International Professional Diploma in Entrepreneurship (IPDE), awarded by Missouri State University in the United States, through the International Leadership Training Center (ILTC), under the supervision of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development.
The program included an intensive curriculum totaling 120 accredited training hours and ran from January to November 2025.
In addition, Dr. Ismail earned the internationally recognized Certified Disciplined Entrepreneur (CDE) credential, issued by the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EEIC) in cooperation with IBDL, underscoring her strong command of applied entrepreneurial practices and disciplined execution.
The first cohort also witnessed notable recognition, as the Agrilink project was awarded Best Project, while Dr. Ragaa Ismail herself received the Best Performance award within the cohort, reflecting both the strength of the project concept and a high level of teamwork and leadership.
Dr. Ragaa emphasized that the true value of the experience extended beyond certificates and titles, highlighting the supportive learning environment, the inspiring professional network, and the vital role played by trainers and mentors who generously shared their expertise and guidance.
She also expressed her appreciation for the Agrilink team and for all Egyptian and international partner organizations whose support contributed to the success of this entrepreneurial journey
The Agrilink project team, which earned the title of Best Team in the first cohort, brought together a distinguished group of young talents alongside Dr. Ragaa Ismail—namely Yasmin Fahmy, Anwar Mosleh, and Dr. Mohamed Mohamady.
The team presented an outstanding model of teamwork built on the integration of ideas, disciplined execution, and a clear entrepreneurial vision, all of which contributed to this remarkable achievement and well-deserved recognition.
