In a study entitled “The Law of Diplomatic and Consular Relations,” researcher Widad Ismail Salem Halab obtained a doctorate degree with excellence from the British Academy in Manchester. She was also crowned with six shields and an Oscar, in addition to obtaining an international card. Following that, a discussion of that study was held for her In Egypt, which she also passed with excellence, accompanied by a graduation ceremony and a silver medal. It is worth noting that the State of Libya seeks to benefit from the experiences of its people, including Dr. Widad Ismail Halab, as a role model for success and obtaining the highest academic ranks.
