In a remarkable new achievement for Egyptian women, Dr. Shaimaa Oleba, Member of the Board of Directors at the Chamber of Engineering Industries – Federation of Egyptian Industries, has been named among the “Choiseul 100 Africa 2025”, a prestigious list recognizing one hundred of Africa’s most promising young leaders who are shaping the continent’s future through innovation, leadership, and impact.
Issued annually by the French think tank, Institut Choiseul for International Politics and Geoeconomics, the ranking highlights visionary African leaders under 40 who are driving progress across economic, social, and cultural fields, positioning the continent as a rising global force.

Commenting on her selection, Dr. Oleba expressed deep pride and gratitude, saying: “I’m truly honored to be chosen among the top 100 African leaders — and among only five Egyptians on the list, including Eng.
