A New Step in a Journey of Giving… Iman Hany Joins the Youth Committee of the National Council for Women
Cairo – Mostafa El Masry:
Iman Hany has officially announced her appointment as a member of the Youth Committee at the National Council for Women, in a step that reflects a steadily advancing path of public service and social commitment, and embodies a genuine belief in the role of women and youth in shaping the future.
In a statement, Iman Hany affirmed that joining the committee represents a significant responsibility and a real opportunity to contribute to supporting and empowering women and youth within a conscious national vision. She emphasized her firm belief that active participation is the true path to achieving tangible and sustainable change in society.
She expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Counselor Amal Ammar and the members of the National Council for Women for their valued trust, voicing her aspiration to live up to this responsibility and to contribute effectively to achieving the goals of the committee and the Council, in a manner that serves issues of empowerment and community participation.

This appointment comes as a culmination of a rich humanitarian and professional journey, during which Iman Hany succeeded in transforming personal challenges into a strong motivation for giving and public service. From her early years as an outstanding student at the German University, through the experience of early motherhood, and then her engagement in voluntary work, she charted a distinctive path that combines professional ambition with social commitment.
Iman began her practical involvement in community service through the Youth Committee at El Seid Club, where her activity and organizational and initiative-taking skills stood out. She was subsequently selected as Rapporteur of the Youth Committee in 2015, a position she held for four years, during which she led and contributed to successful and impactful youth and social initiatives.
Her experience later extended to working within Rotary Giza El Seid, through which she led integrated development projects that included medical convoys, women’s economic empowerment, educational support, and water and sanitation projects, with particular focus on the village of Menil Al-Sultan in Atfih. This experience reflected a model of sustainable development based on follow-up and continuity.

Iman also joined the Egyptian Junior Business Association, where she assumed the position of Vice Chair of the Advisory and Information Technology Council, in addition to being selected as the youngest Assistant Governor in Rotary District 2451, reflecting institutional confidence in her competence and leadership capabilities.
On the political front, she was chosen to serve as Secretary of the Central Entrepreneurship Secretariat of the National Front Party, as part of her orientation toward supporting youth and women through entrepreneurship, which she views as a genuine tool for empowerment and real change.
Iman Hany’s joining of the Youth Committee at the National Council for Women is widely seen as a natural extension of her journey and a new step that strengthens her presence in public life, reaffirming that true ambition is not defined by positions, but by one’s ability to turn every opportunity into service and every responsibility into a real impact on people’s lives.
