Dr. Shaimaa Oleba, Member of the Board of the Engineering Industries Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, Referring to the 2021–2025 term, which concluded following the elections for the 2025–2029 term extended her heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected board members for the 2025–2029 term, wishing them continued success in fulfilling their responsibilities toward the Egyptian industrial sector.
In her congratulatory statement, Oleba said: “I congratulate my colleagues, the newly elected members of the Engineering Industries Chamber Board, and wish them every success in carrying the responsibility entrusted to them by manufacturers from large, medium, and small enterprises. It’s a great trust and a national duty that deserves full dedication and commitment.”
She expressed her happiness with the successful election process, noting that the General Assembly was completed with the attendance of 216 officially registered members, reflecting—according to her—“the growing awareness among manufacturers about the importance of participating in the decision-making process and their genuine belief in the Chamber’s role in representing and defending their interests.”
Oleba added that the election results crowned the efforts made over the past four years to serve the industry and its stakeholders, whether through raising manufacturers’ voices before decision-makers, presenting their challenges, proposing effective solutions, or implementing supportive industrial policies.
She emphasized that the Chamber had played a key role in promoting local manufacturing, developing factories, opening new markets for Egyptian products, and defending the local industry against unfair competition.
Oleba concluded her remarks by saying: “I believe this phase marks a bright and promising beginning that inspires optimism.
God willing, the new board will live up to the trust placed in them and continue the path of support and development we started. May their efforts benefit everyone.”
She also extended heartfelt thanks to the executive management and the young team at the Chamber’s Cairo headquarters and its various branches for their sincere efforts and successful organization of the elections.
